The Great Middle School Sports Search

Project Play joins forces with Mission Tiger to impact at-risk middle school sports programs. Today, the Aspen Institute’s Project Play and Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes’ Mission Tiger are launching the first-ever search for the best middle school sports programs.

The Great Middle School Sports Search is looking for the most exemplary middle school that provides and/or collaborates with community organizations to offer quality sport opportunities for the broadest reach of the middle school student population aligned with the goals of Project Play.

One winner will receive a cash reward of $10,000 and 4 finalists will receive recognition and $2,500 cash prize.

Apply now at aspenprojectplay.org/mssports. Qualified schools will advance to the next round, where they will be asked to complete a more comprehensive online application and, when requested, participate in a phone interview.  A winner will be announced at the 2020 Project Play Summit in the fall in Washington, DC.
